Precision turning and long turning

Classic décolletage. Material is removed from bars or metal coils with cutting tools until the part matches the drawing. In long turning, a sliding headstock guides the material close to the tool, which makes particularly slender and elongated geometries possible.

CNC Milling

CNC milling produces flat faces, slots, wrench flats, cross holes and contours that cannot be turned. The rotating tool removes material across multiple axes, making angular and asymmetric milled parts possible. Because we offer CNC turning and milling under one roof, a part often leaves our facility fully machined, with no detour via a second supplier.

CNC Machining

Our CNC-controlled machines run on a program we create directly from your drawing. That program keeps dimensions consistent across the entire series, from the first part to the last. This is exactly what separates a good single part from a series your assembly can rely on.

Manufacturing to drawing

You define the component, we produce it. Every drawing first goes through a feasibility check and a technical release, so that nobody has to argue later about tolerances the machine cannot reach.

Assemblies

We do not only produce individual parts but also assemblies. For you that means one order, one invoice and one person responsible, instead of three suppliers waiting for each other.

Escomatic Service and Repair

We know Escomatic machines not just from the manual, but from daily production. We put that experience to work on your machines as well: maintenance, repair and overhaul, so your Escomatic delivers the precision it was built for. When a machine stops, you speak with specialists who know exactly what matters.

Batch sizes

From the first sample to large series production

We manufacture customer-specific parts in small, medium and large batches, including subcontract turning for recurring demand. Which route is right is not decided by our capacity but by your requirement.
Prototypes
New development, functional samples, release before the series
Fast implementation of the drawing and an honest answer on feasibility
Kleinserien
Replacement demand, niche products, products ramping up
Economical production even without a large lot size
Medium batches
Recurring demand with plannable call-offs
Consistent quality across all lots
Large series
Continuous production at high volume
Repeatability and on-time delivery over months

The route through our workshop

Six phases every part goes through

01.

Requirements analysis

We clarify quantity, deadline and intended use before we talk about technology.
02.

Feasibility check

The drawing is examined for manufacturability. Whatever will not work, we say so immediately.
03.

Technical release

Production starts only once both sides have the same component in mind.
04.

Production

The series runs, monitored and documented so that it can be traced.
05.

Quality control

Parts are checked against the agreed tolerances before they are released.
06.

Delivery

On time, with technical support that continues after dispatch.
Inspection

In precision turning, a correct dimension is never luck

We have modern measuring instruments and inspection machines in order to satisfy even our most demanding customers.
Adherence to the agreed tolerances
Strict quality controls before every release
Repeatability across the entire series
Technical support throughout the order
After production

Your parts do not have to occupy your warehouse

We offer our customers storage solutions. That way you can order quantities that make economic sense and still call off only what actually goes into assembly.
Behind this are reliable suppliers who guarantee us deliveries at short notice.
From practice

Technical questions we often receive

Yes, provided the drawing exists or a sample is available. The process is the same as for a new development, but usually shorter, because the geometry has already proven itself.
No. Our range runs from Ø 0.3 mm to Ø 32.0 mm. Anything larger belongs in a different workshop, and we would rather tell you that before the quotation than after it.
It comes up during the feasibility check. We come back to you with a technical assessment and propose what can be produced, before any tool is ordered or any program is written.
The manufacturing steps are the same, the planning is not. For recurring demand we agree call-off quantities and dates in advance, which shortens lead times and makes your own planning more stable.

Have your drawing assessed

You receive a technical assessment of feasibility before anything becomes binding.
